At Queenacrafty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process under the following conditions:
1. Return Time Frame
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligible Items
- Hats: We accept returns or exchanges for hats that have not been worn, altered, or washed, and are in the same condition as when they were received.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will offer you a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items that are worn, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Products that are marked as “final sale” or otherwise non-returnable.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at service@queenacrafty.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos of the damaged or defective items. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the items.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, excluding the shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or damage.
7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please follow the same process as above. We will process your exchange as quickly as possible and notify you when the new item has been shipped.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are only able to cancel orders before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order will need to be returned using the return process outlined above.
